SKATING COACH SCOPE OF WORK (Part-Time / Independent Engagement)
Tenth Empire engages Assistant Skating Coaches on a part-time, session-based basis. This is not an employment contract. Coaches provide services independently and handle their own transport, taxes, and obligations.
Scope of Work
- Teach children how to skate using simple instructions and demonstrations.
- Ensure safe skating, proper order, and discipline during lessons.
- Conduct warm-up and cool-down exercises.
- Motivate learners and help them improve their skating skills.
- Teach learners how to correctly wear and adjust skating gear.
- Evaluate learner performance.
- Supervise learners closely to prevent accidents and promote proper technique.
- Set up, arrange, count & pack equipment before and after lessons.
- Report any safety issues or incidents immediately.
- Represent Tenth Empire positively and maintain professional behavior.
- Perform any other task assigned by Supervisor or Head Coach.
Duration
- Engagement is flexible and depends on performance and availability.
- Either party may stop participating in sessions with notice.
- Tenth Empire may end the engagement for lateness, misconduct, safety issues, or unreliability.
Confidentiality
- Training materials, learner information, and brand assets belong to Tenth Empire and must not be shared with third parties.
