Tenth Empire Junior Skating Championship, 2023
The event witnessed participation of 140 students, ranging in age from
4 to 14 years, representing six different schools from Nairobi, Machakos and Kajiado Counties.
The event received extensive media
coverage highlighting it’s tremendous success given that it was its
first edition. Here are the key highlights:
Television Coverage: Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) and Lookup TV aired captivating footage of the thrilling performances, interviews with participants, and inspiring stories of young skaters overcoming challenges.
Print and Online Publications: Daily Nation & People Daily covered the championship. They featured comprehensive articles capturing the excitement and achievements of the participants.
